Although it is abit flimsy/plasticy, it does the job! However I did use adhesive hooks to hold it up as the suction cups don't hold very well, but for a quick solution to block out the sun from the windows in the back door.. so a don't get blinded while making a cuppa...it's a win win ad say!

I really tried my best to make these work as I need a low price option for blinds but this just isn't it. Like most people complained the suction cups came bent and i had to put them in boiling water to get them back to normal shape. You shouldn't have to fix something you've bought brand new. But still I fixed it and tired. The suction cups just kept coming off. I then used the round adhesive pads provided , put them over the suction cups. They worked better and I was able to install them but 2 days later 4 out of 6 of them have come off.Also, my main reason for buying these blinds was to help block out some sun, not expecting blackout but just a little more shade, these didn't block out the sun AT ALLOverall, useless. Would not recommend. I have since got temporary paper blinds and they work much much better for half the price.

Shades seem to be ok for the price. The material is a sheet of plastic and not material mesh as you may think. Does the job well whilst still allowing light in. I bought these for a sky light as I work in the same room and at certain times of the day especially in afternoon the sun burns the back of me at my desk. Like others tho, the suction cups are distorted and do need some readjustment. They do stick without readjusting but the outside of the cups curl outwards giving little suction surface area and resulting in the cup coming away. Asides from that these are a cheap easy solution to wherever you need the sunlight to be shaded but still allowing light in.

I was hoping for something for my shed workshop that was easy to put up and stop me from being blinded from the afternoon sun.Unfortunately rather than blocking the sun it has fallen off multiple times, nearly hitting me on a few occasions, luckily the window didn’t smash.The suction cups are not very good, one arrived with a crease in it so it won’t stay on the window well. The workmanship is also poor, it’s wonky at the top, probably adding to the issues with the suction cups.It blocks out some light but not much, I can’t sit at my desk when the sun is directly on the window, I still get blinded by the sun unfortunately.It seems to be the size advertised but that’s probably the only high point.It will do for the time being but I’ll be looking for something better soon.

A nice cheap quality blind which gives me the privacy of me at home and without losing much light

I don’t normally give reviews. But it pains me not to help people who want to buy such items have some information about it before buying. First of all I needed something temporary to help provide some privacy before I get a permanent fix. I saw these lovely curtains and I decided to give it a go but it’s probably one of the worst things I have bought in the past few months. I opened the package and it seems to be like someone first bought it and didn’t like it and it was repackaged for me. Second the suction cups can’t hold it in place, keeps falling off. I don’t mean to speak ill about someone’s business or someone’s product but there’s more room for improvement.

Nice piece of kit. Fits well although I had to put it slightly off centre to accommodate the door handle but still blacks out the whole of the window in the door.It let's good light in when down but obscures what is on the inside, so a good security feature. It also cuts out the sun and keeps the room cool in sunny weather.It is easy to fix up with the large suction pads and they stay in place and as yet have never fallen down. Operation is just as simple just pull down and hook the tab over the third suction pad, again this has been sturdy and never come off the door after fitting.Overall I am very impressed for what is a cheap alternative to the £100+ fitted blinds for doors and they don't damage the door either.
