Convenient
A very good spike for track shoes. They are made properly so the spike screws in very well. Nice to have the box to store them all in as well.

Daughter was concerned about tripping so lower spikes were helpful. They work exactly like the spikes that came with her Nike branded spikes.

They work.. about 10% defective in box but they work
They work, a lot for not a ton of money.. don’t seem particularly high quality as 5 or so of them have burrs or manufacturing defects.. but overall they work for a beginner needing 3/16 pyramids so they don’t chew up the rubber track

Ordered these for track season, they came quickly and installed quickly. Like that it came with a key to help easily screw in and out easily.

Did their job
I loved that thry came in a box snd my son used them for track on turf and non turf tracks. Thry were great until they were stolen.
