Does the job. Not the best quality but pretty good for the price.
It can feel a bit unsteady in some parts BUT holds up well for all my weights. It looks nice. The rubber parts to keep the grip are slightly ill-fitting but they work. They were kind of hard to get on but you can see in the pic/video that they are on and working.

Best Standard quality rack - needs cross bar
This same rack is sold under other names and colors. This is the lowest price of this model. And it's just that. The lowest price usable rack possible. You MUST use weight plates to anchor down if your not mounting and I suggest you chose a height and width and stick with that because adjustment is not easy but does come with two locking mechanism for each side so it won't let go and fall but It does feel like it will split apart so for heavy loads I use a heavy duty strap in the middle to keep them from coming apart. The welds look fine, I do inspect before every workout. Have used this everyday for 3 years and it still works fine. I am extremely cautious while using it as I have little faith in it's overall reliability and am looking for a solid non adjustable angled squat rack or similar but until then , This is it for this specific shape of rack - Yes it can use a cross bar, pull up bar & faster adjustment but you get what you pay for and this gives you just that

Better bench rack than squat
Very easy to assemble and functional but the top bar rest is not big enough to safely rack a heavy squat bar and it’s also on the shorter side. This would make an excellent setup for juniors or 1” plate bars but racking an Olympic bar is unsteady because the rest is narrow. On the other hand it makes a solid bench press rack.

Easy to build and functional.
I was skeptical about this product because there wasn’t many reviews with photos. If you’re starting up your home gym this is a great addition for a bench press and/or squat rack. It’s sturdy and easy to build. Instructions are provided and clear, you don’t need any tools as they already come with what is needed. The quality of the material itself is not bad, it extends to your preference and overall I’m satisfied with my purchase. I’m no expert on gym material/equipment so I did the best research I could and found that this set was the most inexpensive and reliable option (by reliable I meant comes with all the parts, packaged and delivered with care) on Amazon.

Good for the price
Wobbles a bit, but that is expected for the price. I have racked 300lbs on it without issue. If you can lift more than that, your exercises are more serious than the quality of this hardware. If not, then this is likely a great choice at this price point.

Disappointing Quality and Stability Issues – Not Recommended for Serious Lifters
I purchased the FONBEAR Squat Rack Stand, drawn by its affordability and the promise of multifunctionality suitable for both beginners and professionals. Unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. The main issue lies in its stability and construction quality, which are not up to the mark for serious weight lifting. First, the rack wobbles significantly when loaded near the upper limit of its stated 550 lbs capacity. This becomes quite concerning when performing heavy squats or bench presses, making it feel unsafe and unreliable. Despite its claim of being made from "high-quality steel," the materials feel substandard, contributing to the overall instability during use. Furthermore, the adjustable design, while a nice concept, is cumbersome to modify and does not always lock securely into place. This adds an extra layer of concern regarding safety, especially when changing configurations for different exercises. The compact and space-saving design is indeed a plus, and it’s relatively easy to store away. However, the primary function of a squat rack is to provide a sturdy and secure setup for lifting, which this product fails to deliver effectively. While it might be suitable for very light use or absolute beginners, I wouldn’t recommend the FONBEAR Squat Rack Stand for anyone serious about their training. It might be worth considering investing a bit more in a rack that offers better stability and durability.

It's sturdy for me and easy to put together.
This rack was easy to assemble. It's sturdy and has an adjustable base. However I would suggest for the wider base needs, to get a wider straight bar. I personally have a CAP Straight Bar and I have to adjust the base to the shortest length. For those that need the wider base I would suggest you purchase a longer straight bar. I'm over six feet so my suggest are for those six feet and taller. I pray this helps.
