Did some research online found out that this product helps relieve high blood pressure and possible blood clots (as an anticoagulant) my feet were swollen and in pain started taking this in tandem with turmeric I take it once before I go to bed at night and turmeric when I wake up in the morning and it has helped tremendously swelling in my feet went down and pain went away (taking turmeric and this product in my opinion May lower blood pressure too much and cause headaches perhaps other problems because they both seem to be natural blood thinners) this works for me may not work for everyone but thats why I am leaving a comment to possibly help anyone with high blood pressure or possible blood clots (I believe the inflammation was relieved by the turmeric and not this product) . This product is to help blood flow as it says on the bottle, AKA and natural blood thinner. This particular brand seems to work tremendously and also has a great price. God is good thank God I found this product.

So, I'm a bit confused. I have been buying this product for I believe 6 or more years. I do believe in the product as I have familial hypercholesterolemia and high Lipoprotein(a), which is also inherited. Both of these are strikes against me when it comes to heart attack and stroke. I am a 60 year old woman and have zero heart disease and my cardiologist said I have the arteries of a 20 year old. haha I give credit to this product. However, recently I dumped about 20 capsules I had in one bottle into a new bottle that I had purchased. Last night when I went to take one, I dumped out too many into my hand. Much to my surprise, some of them were pure white and some were a light beige. I opened up one of each capsule. The white powder had no taste really, and the light beige one had a mild but distinctive taste. What's going on here? I asked on this page to have people to report in on what color their product is and I got answers of both-- white and light beige. I hope they are both natto, but just maybe in two different forms? I gotta admit that I'm a little leery of it now. Hopefully the manufacturer will read this and shed some light on the subject.

I heard directly from the manufacturer/seller of this item regarding my review. It was encouraging that the manufacturer actually has someone who reads reviews. In response to my comments, the manufacturer advised that not all users have the same experience, even though my heartburn has not been a known side effect before. The manufacturer also told me that it was Amazon, not them, who would not allow a return/refund and consequently refunded my full purchase price. While the product did not work for me, I am giving 5 stars for the level of corporate response and customer service. -------------- See above for update Wish I could give it a zero. After one capsule, this product gave me severe heartburn. Tried to return but alas not returnable, so I'm out $20.
