No, they aren't those kinds of mushrooms! They are better! We are finding more and more out about the benefits of mushrooms, they are good for us! This has a variety of mushrooms. As another reviewer pointed out, mushroom drinks get kind of old after a bit. These are of average size, easy to swallow and have a bit of an earthy smell to them. The ingredient list of all but 1 are from the fruiting body which is what you want. The Cordyceps Sinesis Powder is from the Mycelium which is usually not as desirable. I will need to read up a bit more on that so I suggest you do your own research as well. Perhaps another reviewer will have more info on that subject. I also wish the amount of Beta-glucans was listed as this has been shown to have anti-cancer properties. But I believe that would need to be sent out for testing by a 3rd party and of course that would cost money and in turn raise the price of the product. If you are on a strict budget or just starting out with mushrooms this is a good price point, 19.97 for a month supply of various mushrooms. There is a better deal! This product is fine. I like the mushrooms included. I don’t like that some of these mushrooms are not extracts. The price is fine but you could probably find a better one elsewhere.

I have been using some of the mushrooms included in the blend, for quite a while now and am totally convinced of their benefits. I really feel the difference from them. Specifically Lions Mane and Cordyceps are amazing for Brain Function and Immune Boosting. I always feel more energized and alert when I use them. I was excited to see this product which has even more super powerful mushroom superfoods included. The capsules themselves are very easy to take and I can certainly feel a nice focus & energy boost after using them... Good value...

Very nice collections of 10 different mushroom extracts. All with documented positive effects at improving your mental acuity, your focus, and clarity. They are easy to swallow capsules. I have had no issue with taking them. And they are working - I definitely feel an increased focus after taking them, like a cup of good coffee, but without the jitters and gi upset that coffee can bring. A decent price point for this mind mushroom supplement. I heard that they work double well if you are a Hobbit.

This mushroom supplement has been just okay for me. Nothing really standout. I don't feel worse for taking them, but I also don't notice any positive change, either. The pills are average size and easy to swallow. They do have a taste to them that I don't love, but it's not off-putting, either. I won't purchase them in the future.
