We have a spiral rod iron staircase that had some spots that needed welded. We got this to cover the flooring and wall behind it worked great, no damage at all. Great investment

had to wield on my fireplace and this kept the sparks off my wood floor worked great. Wear a long sleeve shirt you might itch from the fiberglass in the blanket.

I use it on the wall behind my gas space heater. Very good quality !

This is a good welding blanket. Very heavy and works well for soaking up blood at a murder scene!

Very affordable and high quality for the price! The only downside is that these welding curtains are somewhat heavy and bulky. They are extremely thick and prevent any damage while we are welding. We hung these from a post to divide our workspace into multiple areas in order to have a welding hotwork area and an area for woodworking or working for composites. We were originally going to purchase from harbor freight but these curtains were cheaper and much higher quality. They are very durable and do not damage easily!

Use it to insulate my smoker in the freezing temperatures, works great!

Didn't realize how great this actually is. Though it's heavy, it definitely blocks all Bb's from any thing else. and unlike the vinyl ones this reassures that it'll last a long time. I've used it as a blanket as well, moreover to cover another part to displace heat, rather than to cover myself.
