Nice looking, well put together desktop that was packaged nicely. The Enter button on the keyboard is in a bit of an odd configuration that I don't like for typing, but it's my fault I didn't notice that in the photo. Had a slight issue where 1 stick of ram wasn't working when I received the computer (I was able to diagnose this because the computer came with excellent troubleshooting instructions.). I had planned to wait to notify the seller until the next business day, but they actually reached out over the weekend to ensure I received delivery and was satisfied with the purchase. They shipped me a new stick of ram immediately. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

Didn’t work upon initial purchase, worked with the company to return and they sent a replacement that still will not work. It looks cool, the lights are awesome, but it won’t connect to any monitor. Have tried multiple different hdmi cords and monitors.

I did a lot of research before buying my step daughter a gaming PC for Christmas and boy am I pleased with what we got! The price alone was excellent for what we got and this PC has run everything we have thrown at it with ease and great performance. The Mutineer 1660 super is the perfect entry level PC for gaming and more. We had one minor issues with the inputs on the top of the PC not working properly after getting everything setup. The customer service process was smooth and fast. Within a couple days they had sent us a new I/O panel to replace myself. Unfortunately I didnt get it right and they quickly sent me a label to send the PC to them for repair. Within a couple days I got the notification they received it and then three days later they called to advise they had fixed the issue and shipped the PC back. These guys have are awesome! I will be buying another PC from them very very soon!

I purchased the viprtech with high hopes, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. From the moment I powered it on, it was clear that this machine was a lemon.Firstly, the build quality is atrocious. The plastic casing feels like it could shatter with a gentle tap, and the overall construction is flimsy at best. It's as if they cut every possible corner to save a few pennies.Performance-wise, it's a joke. Despite boasting impressive specs on paper, the reality is far from it. The system struggles to handle even basic tasks, let alone demanding applications or games. It lags, freezes, and crashes with alarming frequency, making any attempt at productivity a futile endeavor.The software bundled with the PC is riddled with bloatware and unnecessary add-ons, bogging down the system even further. It's like trying to run a marathon with a ball and chain strapped to your ankle.And don't even get me started on customer support. Dealing with their so-called "support team" is like pulling teeth. They're slow to respond, unhelpful when they do, and seem more interested in deflecting blame than actually solving issues.In conclusion, save yourself the headache and steer clear of anyViprtech Pc/Items. It's a shoddy piece of hardware with subpar performance and abysmal customer support. Do yourself a favor and invest your hard-earned money elsewhere.

Dead on arrival. Would not boot. As we are outside USA (no warranty), I opened case to check cables. Disconnected power to GPU. And it booted no problem, on onboard graphics.Tried an upgraded PSU to see if it would run the AMD RX580, but same outcome.So we now have a "gaming" PC with no graphics card, and a pretty disappointed 14 Yr old.They claim each unit is tested, but I dont see how this was possible, given this wouldn't even boot.Case is nice, seems a decent PC otherwise, but very much a budget PC with flashy lights added 😀 Also came with very slow USB WiFi dongle, and no internal network card.

Had it less than a month then it got stuck on the Apito Utility screen. Basically the harddrive went back, but let's be fair, anything can have a bum part. While it worked, and the tech support was very polite, it was a great entry level gaming computer. I will be buying another one for my 10 year old son from Viprtech, but we will upgrade to the mid-range.

This did not work, called the company and they replaced it right away, now it's great!!!

Bought this pc for my nephew for Christmas great performance for the games he plays he is loving every minute of it came with everything it said it would easy set up the only thing wish they did different is gave it a bigger hard drive. nothing thant a external hard drive could not fix. over a great budget PC for beginner's will be buying another for my other nephew next year very happy with the product
