Perfect blend of spices. I wasn’t looking for too much heat, and definitely wanted to be able to control my own salt levels. Will certainly be buying more. I love traditional chorizo, but wanted a healthier version. I used this with some ground chicken breast to make huevos con chorizo, and the result was delicious.

I have to do reduced salt but still love a good spice mix. This mix is great and I was able to use it with a ground turkey for a healthy breakfast burrito option The depth of flavor is incredible and while it is noticeable that there was no salt it wasn't missed. I will continue to keep this stocked in my spice cabinet as a healthy option for a chorizo flavor.

It's not bad but I was hoping for more flavor and to be candid it is on the bland side.

Gives a very good flavor without being too spicy. Also like it being salt free. I add it to my shredded rotisserie chicken and then put that in tacos.
