Love this treadmill!
I purchased the Maksone Under Desk Treadmill in April of 2024. I was really pleased with the quality of the treadmill and the fact that there is no assembly - just unpack and plug in. The appearance with wood sides is very nice in an office setting and it seems well constructed. It is larger than most under desk treadmills, which is great if you walk and work at a keyboard - less risk of stepping off the sides or back. It has been so helpful for me to stop sitting and get some motion in! I also occasionally use it at night while watching tv if I haven't been able to get my steps in. Note - wear your fitbit or other tracker on your ankle if you're working - it took me a while to figure out my steps weren't counting when it was on my wrist which was on my keyboard rest! I also cannot speak highly enough about Maksone's customer service. My treadmill stopped working suddenly in late October. I did not purchase an extended warranty. After trouble-shooting for a bit, I found an email address and reached out. They responded within 24 hours and offered the option of a refund with no return or a replacement with no return. I requested a refund with the intention of purchasing another treadmill and received it through Amazon within 3 days. I have ordered the identical Maksone treadmill as I was so pleased with the first one. Once I receive the new one, I may take the panel off that holds the on/off switch and see if there is an obvious disconnection. Maksone's customer service offset any disappointment I had with the treadmill not working. I did buy the 2 year warranty this time, just in case the same thing happens after the 1 year mark. I highly recommend this treadmill and company!

Highly recommend after a year of use, we’re buying a second one
We’ve had ours for almost a year and it’s still working great. The light oak wood style makes it a really pretty choice for a treadmill. This also makes it a great choice if you have limited space and need to use it in a living room or family area. It’s relatively light so you can easily stand it up and hide it behind a curtain when you’re done, or place it under a bed. I wouldn’t say it’s quiet but it’s not overly noisy. The beep is loud so definitely turn it on first before you get on a work call. We put its’ remote control on a key chain and attached it to an Apple finder so we can never loose it, easy peasy. We are buying a second one for our ADU, highly recommend!

Dies in the middle of your walk - sketchy and don't recommend
Sadly don't recommend. Looks classy and worked great for about 1 year - I used ~1 -2 hours a day most days of the week. However, quality went down hill quickly and it is glitchy. Sometimes it'll turn on, other times I need to try at least 5 times, holding the on button / banging it. Sometimes, it'll start and seem fine but then it'll stop suddenly and shut off in the middle of a walk - super scary and dangerous. Customer service at Maksone was great and reimbursed me. I'm now trying to get the rest of the life out of it before dumping it and buying another brand. All in all, I sadly don't recommend. It looks great and served the purpose but it died way too soon and should not stop middle of walk.

GREAT TREADMILL - QUIET - PERFECT - LOST 20LBS
1. I lost 20lbs with this treadmill in a short amount of time. The calories burned monitor is highly accurate, as my weight loss correlated to every 3500 calories burned to 1 pound, almost perfectly. No assembly required - just a little oil under the belt, that is good for every 30hrs of use. 2. This treadmill, unlike others in the category of fitting under a computer desk, is wider than the competition and has the ability to go up to 6mph! You can not find these two features coupled together at this price point anywhere else. 3. The unit is quiet, and has worked extremely well. 4. Customer service was extremely helpful when I needed their assistance with the unit for a small problem, and to make sure I was completely satisfied, they sent a replacement unit out, without a problem. You do not find customer service like that anymore, anywhere. They were extremely responsive via email, and got back to me within 24hr of every email needed, and sent the replacement unit out ASAP without any bickering at all. Pretty awesome in this day and age.

Good product with one flaw
Got this for use under a standing desk at my office. Got a mix of friendly mocking and a lot of interest in trying it from my colleagues. Pros: Quiet - can't hear it above our air conditioning or other office noise. Attractive - the wood sides really help it look a lot better for an office use. Simple to use - remote is a tad confusing but fairly simple once you use it. Width/Length - on the wider of these walking treadmills. Short enough that it doesn't stick out too far behind me as a trip hazard for others but long enough for my stride. I found it just perfect and I'm 6'5". Handles my weight (225 lbs) just fine too. Con: Incline - it is fixed at a 1.6% incline with no way to adjust it. The manufacturer told me the incline is intentional to prolong the life of the motor. Unfortunately that makes it a significantly harder workout to use for long periods of time. I started sweating after only 15 min or so. I've now raised the back feet so the treadmill is level. I don't want a sweating workout in the office; I want a low impact activity that gets me up to 10,000 steps a day. They really should have made that aspect apparent in the description. I would not have bought it if I had known it was fixed at 1.6%. At the very least make it adjustable.

Love that it has a higher weight limit! Plug in and walk!
Important features: Weight limit is 265 pounds! No assembly required other than plugging in the power cord! Super sleek, modern and easy for this grandma to move around! Let me be the first to admit, I have read every review on every walking pad/treadmill on the market. Shockingly, some have weight limits as low as 185 pounds. I didn’t want to worry that someone heavier would want to try my treadmill, so I wanted one with a higher weight limit. i didn’t want to assemble a treadmill. I wanted something that was pleasant to look at! Ahh, a little about me. I am a grandma and have limited walking ability, but this has been perfect to maximize the steps I can take on and off all day long without leaving the house. The first one I ordered was DOA. It was replaced immediately and at my door within 36 hours. The one that was DOA was picked up a day later. I view this as a huge positive. Things happen. I don’t view it as a quality issue at all. The second one turned on immediately and my face lit up! I was thrilled. The remote is a light plastic with a wrist thing so you are are hands free. I was instantly up and walking at 2mph - a quite comfortable speed for me this morning. Yes, it does go faster. I do wish the remote was a little higher quality, but it does do the job. I rested extra battery replacements (AmazonBasics) so they are on hand when needed. Overall, I got exactly what I was looking for! If you are currently in the shopping mode, this one is definitely worth your time! If you have any questions or would like any other pictures, I would be happy to provide them!

10/10 Where Has This Been My Whole Life
I work from home, and I work very long hours. I’ve been sitting too much due to work and it’s been causing me joint issues, fatigue, you name it. I recently got a standing desk to help mitigate all the sitting, and I figured it would be a good idea to add a treadmill to the mix as well. While doing research, I saw a few different video reviews of this treadmill and I knew I wanted to give this one a shot and I am not disappointed. This treadmill is beautiful, the wood frame makes it stylish and adds a sturdiness to it that makes me think this will last for years to come. It’s compact, not too heavy, and easy to move around due to the front wheels. Its motor is very quiet. It does have a slight swishing sound while walking on, but nothing too loud or irritating. The cord detaches and it’s a great bonus as it makes it easier to store. The remote is sleek, straightforward and feels sturdy; definitely not flimsy or cheap which I had been concerned about before purchasing. Just keep in mind this remote is the lifeline of the treadmill, if you lose it you can’t use it. That is personally not a concern for me. The max speed of the treadmill is equivalent to a fast power walk. This is not the treadmill for you if you’re looking for something you can run on, however, to me that is not the purpose for this / what it was made for as it is perfect to use casually while working, or just wanting to get moving throughout the day. It’s not meant to be for the hardcore, workout junkie. Bottom Line: If you’re looking for something sleek, beautiful, and easy to use, this is for you. As a person who WFH I am so thrilled to have this as an addition to my day to day routine. It’s light enough to easily move, however it’s still sturdy and well made. It’s compact enough to store without taking up much space, which is essential if you live somewhere with less storage space available. It’s aesthetically pleasing which is a huge bonus as most compact treadmills are not. I highly recommend this product for someone who is wanting a beautiful, casual piece of machinery to help them get moving. Customer Service: The company has great customer service. The first treadmill I ordered came scuffed at the top and halted working after the first day. They immediately addressed my concerns and sent another. 10/10 happy and grateful for the help!

Exactly what I hoped for!
Looks terrific (the surround is solid oak!), very quiet, light and easy to move around - I’m quite pleased with it! For my body the 16” wide belt is just fine (I’m an average-sized man), whereas 14” might be too narrow for me. (This one might be too narrow for someone with a very wide stance but aside from an oversized 30” one there aren’t many wider ones on the market any more.) The deck is just a board without a lot of fancy soundproofing so the steps are louder than the nice quiet belt and motor. I asked folks on a zoom call and no one could hear it, zoom filters background noise pretty well. The readout is in kilometers not miles, but that turns out to be a moot point since you’re just turning it on occasionally while working, not working out - I don’t even look at it. Another nice thing was how I could just add it to my office and use my current sit/stand desk without needing to make any changes. Couple of tips: - For stability you can put a (non-rolling) chair with its back to you. The belt speeds up and slows down gradually but it’s nice to have something to hold onto. - You might want to mark the position on the floor with painter’s tape since it took a few minutes to get it just right. This allows you to quickly roll it back into place after moving it. - Pay attention to the centering of the belt, it’s easy to fine-tune - just keep the alan tool on your desk and check it after use. In general I was hoping this would be good quality at a reasonable price, which it seems to be so far! A coworker is already buying one after seeing mine.
