A very nice clothing protector, comfortable fit, works well
Very comfortable, very nice fit. It does keep moisture away from your body as well as keep it from getting on your clothes. Very nice colors a nice feeling material. I would recommend washing them before you wear them. Simply because it will soften the crotch lining. My granddaughter felt that it made a slight sound when she walked. But after washing, that sound went away. Not quite the sound of an adult diaper or a crinkly pad. I think she's just hypersensitive to sounds. I found absolutely no problems with them and they're very comfortable and they work.

UPDATED REVIEW
I was extremely hopeful with the good reviews that these would work well for the slight incontinence after having a baby (you know the little dribble when you sneeze or cough) but they really didn't work at all. I might as well have been wearing regular underwear! Although they appear well made and are very comfortable, they offer no actual protection against that type of moisture. I would not hold onto any hope of these offering any protection against ANY amount of menstrual protection. Very disappointed. (One star for incontinence use) I was not comfortable returning used underwear, so I gave them a try as mentral underwear, and they work OK for super light bleeding. They work for the spotting but during "regular" flow it's just a back in for leaks. Still feels like a lot of the moisture gets through and doesn't feel very secure so I find myself constantly checking to see if it's noticeable. Still comfortable to wear, no shrinking and they fit as expected after several washes. Clean easily in the wash, no staining. (Three stars for back up period protection) I think if I was going to spend this kind of money on this kind of product again I would be trying another brand. **UPDATE** I am really trying to move away from other products, so I took a long time reading about all the brands on here and reading soooo many reviews, I ultimately decided to order more of these (it's been about 2 years since my last review) They have changed them since the last time I ordered, they are now solid black rather than having the grey lining inside, they are now more absorbent and I feel more comfortable using them solo on light days, however I have noticed a lot of recent reviews refer to a "swooshing sound" when walking and that wasn't the case before so I was confused, but these new ones do actually make a sound! Lol it's like the sound swim suit bottoms make.

Perfect for ongoing postpartum
I bought these because I have extremely sensitive skin and didn’t want to have to wear depends or adult diapers for the whole 4+ weeks after having my baby. I transitioned to these after about 10 days, and I am so thankful I did. They didn’t irritate my sensitive skin, they were up for the job, and performed well. Yes, There’s sometimes a swishing sound from clothes moving against the garment, but nobody else seemed to notice. The label is printed onto the fabric, and washed away in the first wash, so I’ve taken a silver sharpie to mark them since I have 2 different sizes. I originally ordered a 3x but found it to be a bit constricting at the leg holes, so I ordered 2 more packs in 4x. I’m 5’5” and 235lbs (bottom heavy) now, but I started wearing them at 242lbs. They don’t feel any thicker than regular full-coverage underwear. They did not leak through the absorbent section, but the coverage towards the front could stand to come up another inch or two. These did not ride up or shift, and were very comfortable. I got the black/magenta/purple pack, and the colors are vibrant even after several washes. To sum it up, if you have a sensitive bottom and react to normal disposable period or incontinence products, your bottom will thank you for buying these!

Not too great
Pros - sizes are accurate. Material is soft. The cut is pretty comfortable for high waisted underwear. Cons - did not offer good protection. Soft material captured so much fuzz from a single washing. Purchased these to wear during a short trip of concerts and a lot of driving. I had a bad case of bronchitis and was still working through my medication when it was time to go to this trip I had been planning for months. Being hit unexpectedly with coughing fits meant I could have some bladder leakage with little way of stopping it from happening. All in all I spent 20 hours in the car and about 12 hours of standing over the 3 days I was traveling. So access to the bathroom was a concern. And knowing I was drinking extra fluids for my medication meant I had no idea the level of leakage I could expect. I purchased the always discreet bladder diapers and their maxi pads and wore the diaper and had a maxi pad tucked into these underwear to basically have a line of defense against leaks that I could take off in a public bathroom and not need to replace with new products that I would have or think about how to carry around (most concerts don’t let you take in purses so I had no way to bring extra disposable products short of holding in hand) Anyway - I went to bed one night in just the maxi pad and these underwear and I had a very minor leak that went over the top of the pad and immediately through the underwater. I have other brands of period underwear that have more protection but these said bladder support so I bought them and it was sad how poorly they worked. Wearing all the products, these underwear were comfortable all day in both leggings and jeans. I felt it was not noticeable I had on any special bladder products too. I washed the pair of underwear with two small blankets that were used for an emergency spill in my new car (ever have your purse puncture a hole in a carbonated beverage?). Under normal circumstances I would have not washed these items together but traveling I just grabbed anything to make a small load. The underwear are completely covered in fuzz. The outside is significantly worse. Im quite concerned about how much fuzz could transfer to the skin from them. Which is the last place I’d love to worry about that- esp knowing these are supposed to collect moisture so what happens to all the fuzz ? Overall the comfort cannot replace the lack of absorption which is the whole point of wearing these products. I would definitely not use these for bladder support unless you plan to layer up in other products but keep in mind these are like a very minor upgrade from just wearing a regular pair of underwear. In a pinch you could throw away since it’s a 3 pack but not worth buying to begin with. Another important note : mine shipped separately from any other items in my order and they were shipped in a slight opaque ziploc bag. No box so 0 protection from the elements and 0 chill Amazon on the discretion. How would Amazon think shipping any type of undergarment in their original packaging only would make someone feel good? I was so ashamed that so many people directly saw and interacted with that bag of underwear being able to see what was in the bag. So make sure you check if there’s an option how these will be packaged - I stupidly assumed private products like this would automatically be packaged with care in mind and in a shipping box! 0 out of 10 would not recommend Amazon for this product 0 out of 10 out not recommend this product to anyone.

I love these but my only complaint is they are super tight around my thighs, but fit everywhere else perfectly. Size up

Maybe ok for light leakage. Buy lots

Shouldn’t be allowed to say cotton when it’s actually a thick unbreathable fabric that I would never wear. $50 for 3 pair?? Sending back.
