Underwater Camera worked really well
The Sea Frog underwater case for cell phones worked great. We had a Real X 3D camera so it was hard to find a lens opening wide enough but this one worked. We do a lot of diving and UW photography so it was amazing to see that this relatively inexpensive camera worked well, did not leak, and was easy to set up. The buttons worked well and we were able to navigate our cell phone/camera easily. Pictures were exceptional which is part the camera, but the UW box matters too. We purchased a 2rd one. Directions not that great but just find a YouTube explanation and it will all make sense.

Do not buy!!! Impossible to use
Bought the product to use while scuba diving in Fiji for my honeymoon. It kept the phone perfectly dry, picture quality is great. Easy to use. BUT!, it is impossible to use underwater. The course is black and disappears, it is impossible to gorgeous from photo to video and back. Also, since it is air tight, the heat builds up in the case and causes the phone to lock out until the temperature inside the case comes down. Thank god I had my gopro as a back up. I was able to only take a few pictures, and now I can't even return it. Not happy about this at all!!!

Great value, easy to use!
Incredible deal!!!! Let me start by saying I'm a point and shoot photographer, not a pro. I take hundreds of pictures and if maybe 30 come out well I'm really happy. That being said, this housing and my Pixel 4a camera gave me better results than my Canon TG-5 or 6 with a stupid expensive housing, ever did. I really love it I used this for snorkeling and diving on my last trip and I was really impressed with the results. Your picture quality will depend on how good the lenses on your phone camera are, but I was very happy with mine. Pros: 1. Uses your phone as the camera. This means you can upgrade the phone without needing to buy a new housing all the time!! 2.Has a large space for your phone that should accommodate many types. (Check their list though) 3. Very clear and easy set up & use instructions. 4. POSITIVELY BOUYANT 5. Includes a red filter that is easily flipped up and down so you can shoot shallow or deep. 6. Has standard attachment points for flash and light rig, of that's your thing 7. Includes replacement gaskets and anti fog sheets. Critiques: 1. You NEED to use an app with this,. I use the sealife Sport Diver app, it is free and easy to use. If you try to use your regular camera app, your phone will over heat. 2. Depending on the light, there can be a glare between the filter and the camera 3. No case for the filter so it could get scratched when not in use if you're not careful. A couple pieces of advice in closing. You want to use A phone in this case. NOT YOUR PHONE. Putting a device you are dependent on underwater is not a good plan no matter how good the housing is. And always be sure to rinse your housing (not the inside) with fresh water to remove salt and minerals, this will help extend the life of the seals and connections.

Worked great
Easy to set up and worked great. No issues with water leaking in at 95ft. Was easy to switch from photo to video mode with the mouse buttons. Well worth the money

Oh so close to good, but definitely falling short.
I received this housing before heading on a trip to Bonaire. I played around with it before leaving and thought I had found some good solutions to using it while on the trip but I was wrong. Before I get too far into the weeds though because I'm going to leave a lengthy review, here's the TLDR: Great housing for snorkeling because you don't have to gear up after getting the housing set up which could either overheat the battery while it's waiting on you. From a settings standpoint, the instructions tell you to disable the lock on your phone but don't do that. Change the lock screen time to 10 minutes and that should give you sufficient time for you when snorkeling. I wouldn't recommend using this for diving though because I found that the 10 minutes still wasn't enough because of the process needed to make the housing waterproof. Your phone definitely has a high chance of overheating while using if you are in warm Caribbean waters as it was very warm/hot after 30-45 minutes dives. Now for the lengthy review: PROS: **100% waterproof as they said. I felt completely comfortable with my camera in there without worrying about it too much. The seal is very strong and easy to use, although it does take a few minor steps to get it that way. **Assuming everything goes well in getting it set up and ready to use, taking photos underwater with it was great. It has a very nice grip on it and the lever mechanism to take the photos was super easy to use. I really liked that feature. Also, the photos it took were great. I realize that is a product of the camera and not the housing, but it does mean that the housing stayed out of of the way! **The accessories it comes with were great. I loved that I immediately got a camera housing with a filter for the blue water of the Caribbean that worked well. Just note that you really want to make sure it's set before you get in the water and then not play with it. I did that on a dive and then realized that some of my photos had the filter ring in the corner of a picture or two. ** I obviously didn't try this with everything phone out there, but the housing is large enough and with a magnet in it that you'd be hard pressed to find a phone that didn't work in it, I would think. Now for the reason why I ultimately returned the camera: --While the housing uses Bluetooth to control everything while underwater, the buttons are completely backwards for use. The instructions state that you need to change them to have them work for the horizontal format you'll be taking pictures with. I did that and only realized on a dive that you have to make that change every time you turn the Bluetooth off and on between dives. So underwater, if you don't do that ahead of time, left is down, down is right, up is left, etc. This means that if you are trying to move the mouse arrow to another setting, it's going to take you a minute or two to do that and by that time whatever you were looking at is gone. --The amount of phone settings you have to make in order to get this to work is insane. According to the instructions, you have to disable the lock function on your phone. This is a very uncommon request but I wasn't too worried about it at first because no one is going to steal my phone while I'm 40 feet underwater with it. I'm not sure when the last time you did this with your phone but my Pixel 8 Pro doesn't allow for disable, you have to completely unlock the phone and erase your biometric information from the phone. Needless to say, when you do this, it takes a good long while to get set back up with everything on your phone. I'm 5 days removed from my last dive trip and I'm still getting biometric requests from sites that I set up years ago but erased the biometric info from when I did this to get the housing to work. --I'm setting this up as another con but it's closely related to the one above. After playing around a bit more, I thought I found a solution in that I could adjust the time before my screen locked from 5 seconds (common setting) to 5 minutes, 10 minutes, or 30 minutes. I knew 30 minutes wouldn't work because other reviews of this case mentioned the phone overheating and shutting down, which I did come close to given how hot it was coming out of the water. 5 minutes certainly wasn't going to be enough because you can't put your dive gear on and in the water in that amount of time after you've gotten the case set up (at least not on a shore dive). So I opted for 10 minutes and failed. I'm not a solo diver, so I put the phone in the case and got it ready so it could sit in the hot sun while I got ready to let it start baking. By the time I helped my partner with her gear and got geared up myself, we walked into the water and dropped 10 feet down right next to a turtle which was going to be a great photo! Only for me to find out that 10 minutes wasn't enough time and the screen was now locked again. So no turtle photos for the kids. :( I guess I could have been taking photos while walking into the water but that didn't occur to me. --The plexiglass on the back gave me some concern while getting back on a boat after snorkeling. As I was climbing the ladder, I was being very mindful of the camera, as you should; but, I'm not Aquaman and can't control waves, so the housing banged against the ladder. The clear plexi on the back has a very small distortion on it now. I can't say it's cracked and don't think it is, but it should obviously be stronger than that and shouldn't be that easily damaged by a single incident. I would recommend the company put a bit of armor around that so that it's not the plexiglass hitting anything but the bumpers. --Finally, and this is the smallest of my issues but one I want to bring up for thoroughness. The filter ring needs to be more easily moved in and out of the frame. If you are snorkeling, you probably don't need it or want it at all, depending on water color. In the Caribbean, the water is going to be very blue at depths of 20-30 feet or more and it will be needed for sure. Any photos I took at those depths look great. Anything closer to the surface is more reddish in color. As I mentioned above though, you have to make a decision on how you will use that filter and then make no changes to it while diving given how hard it is to screw back into place. To help with comparison, the photos I've attached are as follows: Blue and yellow spotted fish was taken around 40 feet. The yellow fish in soft coral is at 80 feet, and the silver fish in front of the structure is just below the surface (although photos taken at 5-10 feet look the same). So overall, this housing has more issues than it's worth dealing with for your phone. If they could find some software fixes for the above issues, I'd completely be open to everything else about the case in its design.

Paid for a new item and received a used one.
Item works but what was received was not what was advertised. I can't get into specifics because Amazon does not want that info posted in reviews. The unit seems sturdier than other phone housings I have used previously. I also like the fact that it has a shoe for a dive light and screw mounts on the bottom for accessory rails. Seller has not responded to my inquiries about the issues that I am not allowed to talk about here.

For less than 100 bucks its a good deal
I chose this over other cases because I like that I can click anything on my screen. Dove with it to 96 feet with no leak issue. I even forgot to do the vacuum seal and no leaks. And it was negatively buoyant. I noticed the mouse pointer seems to go to sleep and disappear, a shutter press fixes that. My glossy colored phone showed up in reflections, fixed that with a black matte phone. Picture quality will depend on your phone, I use a Ulefone Armor x7 water proof phone and it takes decent pics. The included red filter is really red but you'll at least have red channel info when editing. Can't use the camera flash due to glare but I expected that. Its a good case for the price and I am happy with my purchase, may get used phone with a better camera just for the case
