Solid quality for the price point. Brass construction and is a perfect replacement for my previous Chinese faucet purchase that stopped working after just a couple years. This one is better in ALL regards and was less money. Great choice.

This faucet is a huge disappointment. The overall quality of the materials is very low and absolutely not what you would expect for a “commercial” or “heavy-duty” kitchen faucet. From the moment it was installed, it has been leaking continuously, no matter how carefully the joints and couplings were assembled. Everything was installed correctly, tightened properly, and checked multiple times, yet the leaks never stopped. The problem appears to be the O-rings, which are extremely low quality. Because of this, the entire long assembled pipe is prone to leaking along multiple connection points. This is definitely NOT a heavy-duty faucet. It feels flimsy, the components are cheap, and it does not inspire any confidence for commercial or even serious residential use. For the price, one would expect much better materials, reliable seals, and basic functionality without constant leaks. In short: poor materials, poor design, ongoing leaks, and not worth the money. Stay away from this product.

Seems to be well made. Spray out of handle is too much. Can't control volume. Maybe could come with a water pressure inhibitor to lessen flow from the main valve to the faucet.

Exactly what I wanted for a fraction of the cost. Very simple easy to replace old piece of garbage that was there. Seems solid and sturdy!

Bought this after having to replace original faucet from food truck fabrication 3 times in 6 months! I didn't want to pay $1k for a commercial T&S faucet so took a shot at this one. It is heavy, well built (I have had a number of different T&S ones on previous mobile kitchens) and easy to install. The test will be if the sprayer lasts but after seeing quality of build and having had sprayers like this before, I do not foresee any concerns. It also came with a second spray cap, extra washers and screen for tap. I also bought the 2 year extended just in case.

Reasonable build quality but mid section can't be tightened so rotates in use. This may be a design feature but it's more annoying than useful. The hand spray has limited reach but is quite powerful and it's difficult to control the rate of flow making it only of limited use for washing and especially rinsing the sink out without splashing everywhere. Hasn't leaked and looks good.
