I have been using mine for about a year and had no issue with the badge holder. My design came out very clear and wasn't blurry or pixelated. Overall, it is a good product that you're able to use daily for hopefully a few more years. :)

I think the quality of the image is great. Unfortunately the larger size makes it unusable as a badge holder on my shirt. The weight is too much. I would order it in a smaller size if it were less money. I'll find a use for this one.

I absolutely adore these badge reels, I have ordered a total of four with my boyfriend and I on all of them. One of them lasted me 9 months and I'm a pretty aggressive puller on the carabiner. I can't suggest these enough

The product is very heavy/thick and folds my clothes over when attached, despite being advertised as "lightweight." Rather than the image being directly printed onto the reel, it's printed on the metal face of a thick (1/8") acrylic disc and then poorly glued to a flimsy plastic reel. The image itself is lower quality than was uploaded, and there are visible dark dots in the yellow area. The printed disc has now completely fallen off and I've noticed that the ink is also chipping away from the edges, revealing the metal. This is very poor quality for the price. I've requested a refund and I'm waiting to hear back from the seller.
