I've been taking these for a few years. I do feel a lot better on them and they seem to help my immunity.

This CoQ10 seems to be a very good product. I suffered no side effects and I do like the addition of L-Glutathione. I have tried other CoQ10's products but this seems to be doing the job. Not sure if its placebo effect but I do feel a tad more energised. Have slowed using though because urrently taking other products with CoQ10 in them and didnt want to overdose but will happily purchase again. Easy to swallow, no after taste, no side effect.

This supplement is a necessary addition to a health & longevity plan for either a fitness enthusiast or even somebody just looking to consciously improve their lifestyle. Also, some medical conditions may benefit from consuming these regularly, but it would be advisable to seek professional direction on the matter so as not to complicate certain specific situations. Coenzyme 10 (CoQ10) or Ubiquinone has been well documented as beneficial to the heart, kidney & immune system. Obviously, every person is different & results will vary, ultimately though, only usage over time will tell. At 2 pills a day with 60 being in the tub, these will last a little over two months. Well worth the investment. Surprisingly, the container has a desiccant gel paper bag inside to prevent water or moisture build up, I thought this was a very nice & convenient touch. I ordered these tablets to see if they would help with my bloating etc, and the answer yes they did, I was quite impressed with the size of the tablets wether they would be easy to swallow yes they were easy, any way I’m now into my second bottle and I shall carry on taking theses as I do seem to be if it from them good quality sealed well so you know they have not been tampered with, so yes I would recommend theses as I find they work well. I do however do take them with my breakfast on a morning with my other tablets I have had no reactions at all with them, but as they say we are all different so yes I would recommend theses .

I bought these capsules after reading the positive reviews. They are easy to swallow, are flavourless and after trying for 2 weeks- I do feel less fatigued and have improved concentration. I bought these as this supplement is meant to help with heart health also, so I’m hopefully on the way to improved health. Will definitely repurchase!
