I rarely suffer from digestive upsets, so 150 ml is just the right bottle size for me and, also, fits easily in my bathroom cabinet without taking up too much space. I get terrible heartburn some times which stops me from sleeping etc. This stuff has been great and allowed me to actually get some sleep. It does take a little while to work and I do take the full dose but it works.
