Fantastic
This is my favorite mouse of all time. Feels great. I’ve tried so many different mice and the form factor of this one is perfect for me. Weight is good. Charging base works without issues. Connection is fantastic. Great to game with. The scroller wheel is a little odd, but I got used to it. I even bought a second one for use with my work Mac and it’s working flawlessly. No more connection loss or lag like I was experiencing with multiple different Logitech mice.

My favorite computer mouse I've owned
By far the best computer mouse I've used for gaming. Driverless is the way to go it makes setup way easier and the charging cradle makes sure youre never without a charged mouse. Doubling as the receiver it ensures great connectivity all the time!

First Day Impressions
Mouse is great works well, writing this the same day after receiving it so cant speak on long term use but first impressions are good build quality, great shape very comfortable in the hand, little heavier than my gpx or Dav3 but still a great mouse.

Outstanding Quality
Even with "outdated internals" this mouse blows other brands out of the water in terms of pure Quality. Vaxee, Pulsar, Lamzu, and Razr? None of them even come close. It's not even a comparison anymore, and it's kind of sad. All these content creators mock Zowie saying they are behind, while those same exact reviewers defend quality control issues from other companies just to protect their free review samples. Let Zowie be behind. Let them use Outdated internals. Let them cook. It's going to be far more solid than most other brands at their prime. Which honestly...is kinda sad for the current market.

1st Order was Defective, 2nd Order Works!
The first order I placed for the Zowie wireless mouse the scroll wheel would jump up and down rendering it useless. I placed an order for a replacement mouse and it came the next day, this mouse works perfectly. I am satisfied, although a little sad that the first one didn’t work since it was a birthday gift.

Broke after 18 months, support says they won’t help at all.
I really liked this mouse at first, it is my 3rd EC2 and the wireless function did not disappoint. However, I can no longer recommend this product and would hesitate to recommend any Zowie product at all at this point. Those of you who would consider owning this mouse likely own several and know that even a $10 mouse should last for several years, if not decades. But when the left click button on this $160 mouse stopped working after 18 months, support told me they could not repair, could not recommend a repair center, and could not provide documentation or parts for repair because it’s “out of warranty.” In other words, they said “lol that sucks.” As much as it pains me to say it, buy a Logitech. Don’t waste your money on a company that overcharges but won’t stand by its products.

Perfect for large hands + palm grip users
Very similar to the now discontinued Zowie EC2-A, a mouse that felt like the perfect blend of size, shape, and weight. If you used the EC2-A and liked it you will love this mouse. Paying the extra buck for wireless was worth it. The dongle provided works perfectly and combos as a charger. You can use this mouse for days without charging before it runs out of juice; I would estimate around 30 hours of use. Charging on the dongle takes maybe an hour before it's full and ready to go again. Scroll wheel feels solid and clicky, Mouse 4/5 side buttons feel great, and the material of the mouse itself is this fantastic matte black sort of plastic that doesn't feel tacky or too dry. If my previous experience with a Zowie mouse is to be replicated with this one, I have a feeling I will get a good 3-4 years out of this mouse before needing a replacement. 5/5 stars

I've been changing mice for the last couple of years. I've used Logitech G Pro Superlight, Pulsar X2, Razer Viper, and none of them have really ever filled the space of my older EC2 wired. As soon as I seen there was a wireless EC2 I had to have it and it was the best purchase I've done this year. It's exactly what you expect from Zowie, best quality, on board mouse configuration, and the best clicks out there. No need to second guess, get this mouse it's really worth the money.

It's got great battery life, the dock is nice, no noticeable latency from wired, it's comfortable - it's sturdy. definitely much nicer than my G Pro X Superlight.

I recently purchased the BenQ Zowie EC2-CW Wireless Ergonomic Gaming Mouse, and my experience has been far from satisfactory. The main issue lies in the mouse's grip, which is unexpectedly grippy and sticky, making it uncomfortable to use. Despite not being a heavy sweater, the grip made the overall gaming experience unpleasant. The real frustration, however, came when I tried to address this issue with the customer service at Deal Targets and BENQ. I contacted them, hoping for a straightforward return or exchange process. Unfortunately, the support team threw me back and forth for nearly two months. They insisted on inspecting the mouse and hinted at potential additional charges if they deemed it broken, which it wasn't. Even after this prolonged process, they ultimately refused to accept the return. This experience has left me thoroughly disappointed, not only with the product but also with the customer service provided by Deal Targets and BENQ. The lack of understanding and assistance in resolving a simple comfort issue has made me decide not to purchase any products from these brands in the future. In conclusion, the BenQ Zowie EC2-CW Wireless Ergonomic Gaming Mouse did not meet expectations in terms of comfort, and the customer service experience was exceptionally poor. I would caution potential buyers to consider alternative options with better customer support. My Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5) (would give 0/5 if I could)
