This is a great product, I have used it for many, many years. I use it with lipoic acid for neuropathy in my feet and it has done wonders.

My doctor recommended I increase my B12 as I was getting older and the blood tests show that these work really well. They taste great under the tongue and don't take too long to dissolve.

It is my favorite B12 vitamin. Been taking it for years.

As far as easy to swallow, taste & absorbency, it’s all positive & I had absolutely no problem following daily instructions. It’s only been thirty days and I neither feel or see a difference ... yet! I see no reason to give up, I will continue with daily dosage and review again in 60 days after allowing product at least 90 days to do as promised.

I have more energy, my aches and pains are gone, and the product is easy to take and pleasant.

I wish I'd read the reviews instead of advertisement. The first ingredient is fructose. Then sorbitol, another sugar, then cellulose. They don't get around to magnesium til the fourth ingredient. My fault...I should have read the reviews. Won't be ordering this again, maybe somebody will read this and save their money.

Awesome B12 that instantly is absorbed into the body - much better than shots of B12! This product brought my B 12 levels to where the Dr. wanted it! It's slow melting which is fine with me - not powdery like other dots.

took for a week and a half but had to stop...it gave me a headache that would not go away which is a side effect of the product....couldnt bare the constant headache and had to stop taking it.
