Q: Where does the car camera cover go on 2022 tesla Y? I don't know how to use this

I don't use it, but it goes above the rear view mirror where the cabin camera is located. It is for those paranoid people who doesn't want the car computer watching them do things they shouldn't be doing, like sleeping while driving.

Q: Do i have to slide the seat back to get into it or is it easy to slide the bin out with adjusting the seat?

I have the Tesla all-weather mats and I have to wiggle it out above the high lip, but I do not need to move the seats back to access the box. If you have the standard carpeted floor mats (without a lip) it should be no problem getting the box out.
