I put this new motherboard in and everything is fine but Ethernet is working but it says I am offline and can’t load anything on the web?

Not sure of your knowledge of computers but...check your router first and see if you have it plugged in a proper slot. I know routers have a yellow line circling it to plug in the modem if it is separate. Ethernet - next check the device itself to see if you have an x for disabled etc. I never had trouble with the motherboard at all. Nothing.

Can this motherboard handle 750 W

I wouldn't see why not. . .there isn't often a limit on motherboards, they just take what they need. . .I have a 650, and I feel sure it'd take 1000W or more even. . .Though typically you only want to have the wattage you need and not much more. . .Just be sure your components are all compatible with each other with wattage and all. . .
