I am always on the lookout for high fiber/protein snacks to carry me through a long day at the office. Even just 10 years ago there simply weren't a lot of options that weren't mostly fat/sugar laden. Now there are tons - made from lentils, chick/peas, whey, etc. I was an early adopter of Catalina Crunch cinnamon toast cereals 6-7 years ago and was please to see them (finally) migrate to snacks. This mixture has a lot of familiar "cereal squares" minus the cinnamon. In that regard it was a little disappointing from a tactile standpoint but the rest of the mixture (mini pretzels, cashews, etc.) is nice. The ranch flavor is solid but not overpowering or annoying. You will need to have a moist paper towel nearby to regularly wipe your finger tips Lol. The ingredients are relatively "clean" too. There are no artificial sugars and only 1g of (real) sugar/serving (1/3 cup). The saturated fat is a surprisingly low at 1g/serving. My only (minor) concern is for the emulsifiers (Xantham and Guar gums). There is emerging science about they're detriment. All in all, I will be a repeat consumer... in moderation!

I buy this on the regular. My partner loves this. It doesn't interfere with his high protein love simple carb diet. Always better that a bag of traditional chips.

This is a really good product. If you are looking for a healthy snack, full of protein and tastes good, this is a great choice. I’m picky when it comes to protein snacks and I really enjoy this one. My kids even love it!

The only reason I am giving this 4 stars is that it is kind of expensive for the volume you get. This is a great snack for anyone on a keto type diet or just looking for a protein snack that isn't full of carbs. I liked the original mix much better than the ranch flavor and it is my go-to snack. I watch for it to be on sale before buying. It is hard to find a good keto type snack that has a good flavor and this fits the bill. Anyone else tired of those parmesan chip snacks? :-)

Great taste at first but then it’s kinda dry. Didn’t come broken up in the package purchased to flavors - probably will not purchase again.

These are absolutely awful. I love “Catalina Crunch Cinnamon Toast” cereal & the cheese flavored snack mix. But the Ranch flavor taste like solid salt. If it wasn’t so salty, it probably would’ve been good? I do not recommend this at all. :(

Great ranch flavor and good alternative to chips!

The recipe was SO much better with the pecans. Added some texture contrast with something a bit less of a hard crunch. Was buying it regularly but every time I get it now I'm disappointed by how it is in contrast. Would gladly pay more if it had pecans!!!

I found this snack satisfied like a real non keto snack. The only thing that's hard to take is the cost or the price for such a small bag. Other than that it hits all the flavors, it has the crunch and the satisfaction.

These are very yummy. I have ordered this flavour for the first time but I have ordered the cheddar flavour about 4 times now. They are SO good and SO addicting! I could eat the whole bag in one sitting granted its not a large portion lol. I love the variety in the bag and the different kinds of crunchiness each thing gives. I would compare it to bits and bites. The ranch flavour is my new go to!!

Good but a wee bit expensive for the amount. Great snack for keto, I did find it a bit hard to bite down on some of the bits.

I find them to be too salty but other than that they are a good little snack to have (1/4cup seems to be enough)

These came in very handy over the holidays as everybody else was snacking, and I am trying to watch what I am eating. If I get the urge to snack, I have some of these and I know I am doing something good for my body and also killing that snacking urge.
