Questionable
There were not clear instructions on how to use. I assumed one pod/bead each time. Also advertised as having 18 ingredients but the package indicates only six.Just got so unsure if it even works. I got three weeks worth so I will try to come back to review.

Does Not Work
This product does not do what it says it will do!I would not recommend it, swelling is still there and I bought it several times to see if repeat use would help but to no avail.
