Scanner sometimes fail to work, canon company not coming for setting wifi, self setting is difficult, print quality compared to HP IS WORST.

Inktank printer with high quality printing, copier and scanner. Blaupunkt earbuds was an additional addon that adds value.

Gets job done but not well enough!
It's reasonably priced but not cheap. However it is slow in printing. Sometimes facing connectivity issues with wi-fi. Printing experience is not smooth as the cannon app often throws errors while printing. Printing directly from phone is not working often if canon app not used. I expect at least smooth experience, if not performance, at this price.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this Canon printer hoping for reliable performance, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Over the past year, I've encountered constant issues, including:Frequent cartridge tank replacement errorsThe power button not working consistentlyThe printer often fails to operate properlySuspected IC malfunctionDespite sending it for service 3 to 4 times, each time a new problem arises. The service process has been incredibly slow, with delays from Canon's service providers, and the issues are never fully resolved.I expected much better from a reputable brand like Canon, but this printer has been a major disappointment. I believe there might be a defect with the unit I received, and I am requesting a replacement under warranty.Note: for privacy I cover the service person's face
