Don' t worry, the material of the charging prongs is waterproof and corrosion-resistant, so it can be used normally without a cover.

Q: Why does the machine I received not move?

Kindly charge the pool vacuum robot for 2.5 to 3 hours after receiving it to wake up the battery and extend the battery life. Note: the charger's light is red during the charging process and will turn green when fully charged. Please use it after it is fully charged.
