This pillow has exceeded my expectations, and I honestly can’t sleep without it now. I’ve had neck and shoulder issues for several years, and this is the first pillow that has genuinely eased the pain and stiffness I was waking up with. One feature I really appreciate is that the pillow has two different height options built into the contour design. It lets you choose the side that gives you the best elevation and alignment. I use the slightly higher side, and it has been perfect for supporting my neck as a side sleeper. The pillow feels soft but very supportive, and the queen size gives a generous surface area. The memory foam holds its shape extremely well, and I had no adjustment period at all – I slept comfortably from the very first night. I have issues with pain at the base of my skull and found myself tossing and turning during the night to get myself comfortable. I have tried pillows with different thicknesses and materials to find the solution to this problem. I saw the great reviews on this and figured why not give it a try. From the first night, I slept through the entire night without waking up. 9 hours straight! I have never slept so well as I have been since using this pillow. It cradles and supports my neck so well and I wake up refreshed and with no pain. It is comfortable whether I'm sleeping on my back or my side. I didn't notice any chemical smell either, which is nice. Worth every penny to have uninterrupted sleep!

I purchased this pillow specifically hoping it would be comfortable on my neck while sleeping on my back. It does a really good job keeping my neck from hurting when I wake up. I’m having knee replacement surgery and I’ve already experienced one and I know that I had to be on my back for several weeks while the knee was healing and the pillow I had did not work well last time, but I believe this one is going to be really good . It just cradles my head so nicely. I would like it to be a little higher when I sleep on my sides, but I can probably get used to it. I used it the first night I got it and it didn’t have a bad smell at all.

I love this pillow so much. This morning I forgot it in a hotel and I'm ordering another one because I can't sleep without it. Totally stopped my neck nerve pain.

I was super skeptical about getting this. I've had many a special pillow due to a neck injury 20 years ago but nothing really held up long term. I am loving this pillow!! My neck doesn't hurt and lower body feels better and in alignment again. It's thick but not bulky and truly fits the neck/shoulder space perfectly. As a side sleeper, I don't have to overextend my shoulder under the pillow to make space for my arm now. Material is soft and cool all night. It seems hard when you first lay on it but as soon as you get into sleep position, you fall right asleep in total comfort. Your body just relaxes and what you thought was hard is actually the support you need to align your neck, spine and hips the entire night. After sleeping on this pillow for several nights, we traveled and stayed in a hotel overnight and boy, I missed this pillow. Could not sleep comfortably and was tired, sore and cranky all the next day. Came home and had a great night's sleep again. It's small and light enough that i will travel with this from now on!!

Pillows are very personal, so I'll try to keep this objective, but you may notice I've decided this is not the pillow for me. I tried to give it three nights, and gave up halfway through the third night with an aching neck. The pillow arrives rolled tightly and tightly wrapped, which means the foam has been compressed. I did let it decompress for 24 hours before even attempting to use it, though, so I don't think that impacted my coming comments about its thickness. In short, it's not very thick. The pictures show a woman resting her arms on the pillow. There's no reason to. There's no added softness and hardly any added thickness over just laying your arms on your mattress. The lower part is about as thick as a heavy blanket would be. Also, this is small! It's big enough for your head, but there's not a lot of room to shift positions so your head kind of gets caught in one place with little movement. For me, this was not good. Finally, I'm a stomach sleeper, and I just couldn't with this pillow. I had to bend my head really awkwardly to uncover my nose and mouth so I could breath when trying to sleep on my stomach. Side sleeping was better, but again, I would get stuck in one position for a long time, which added stiffness to my mornings. On the plus sides: I was happy to see it came with a custom pillow case so I didn't have to worry about what kind of case one puts on a pillow like this. There was no smell from it, and it was reasonably cooling. It's just not the pillow for me as the shape did not agree with my neck and shoulders or the way I sleep.

Needed a new pillow for my ongoing neck pain and decided to take a gamble to purchase this one. I wanted a pillow that would help support my neck, alleviate pain and was cooling also as it gets hot here. When opening the package, I did not notice a strong smell so I was pretty happy about that. I slept on it and it was very comfortable sleeping on the side and back. I usually twist and turn in my sleep but I did not notice myself doing it much with this new pillow so it is helping me sleep better. I woke up feeling way less pain in my neck and shoulders as I usually do so I like this pillow so far and it seems to be working well. Smell free,firm,comfortable
