The knives are very sharp which is what I wanted. They wash well. I’ve never put in the dishwasher. I liked the knives so much that I bought for my daughters as well. I’ve had my set for over 3 years and still very sharp. The handle fits well in my hand and does not slip while cutting with it. They have never stained with anything that I have cut up.

Have always loved these knifes. Durable, good quality, perfect foot on your hands, great value and looks good. Perfect blade thickness for cutting the items I use it for. The only complaint would be not staying sharp like they have in the past.

These knives are great! Light weight but so sharp. I cut through a raw sweet potato (usually very hard to cut) with no issue at all. I love them.

The knives are very sharp and work well. However, the handles are small, and a bit slippery making them tough to work with for someone with larger hands. The blades are also very thin and quite flexible. They just don't feel as safe during use as I'd like. They're still a good value for the money, but I prefer a more substantial knife.
