The design error with this shelf is that the plastic shelf can be easily damaged. Its only a small piece of plastic that holds it in place. However that is not a reflection on this item, once you've bought the fridge you have to make do. Ive ordered 2 of these items and both arrived wrapped in bubble wrap and unscathed. They fit my fridge perfectly and am very happy with them.

Replacement shelves were delivered within a couple of days of ordering. They were to replace previous ones which had cracked. The units are not really very sturdy and are expensive for, basically, a shaped bit of plastic, but, unfortunately, that's life and to be expected, I suppose, when buying "original parts" from the manufacturer.

As expected, fits perfectly only wish they weren’t as expensive

The shelf was delivered damaged. I only had one option to return it by Hermes. I have no Hermes shop to drop it back to and don't drive. Hoping this is resolved

Obviously a manufacture fault at source of the fridge/freezer. This is the second replacement, even though there is not much weight in the item. Very happy with the speed of delivery from this supplier.

Fits my fridge perfectly, looks almost exactly the same (there's a white strip on the new one), and seems to be built the same. I'll be more careful to not overload this one, since I've no doubt it would also break the same!
