Make sure they are snug to your earring post.
Work well with most stud earrings but I have lost two earrings that have wiggled out of the earring backs. I will use the metal backs and the plastic ones as security in the future.

Ok for smaller light studs
Very tiny, do the job but not very substantial. For the price they are great however, just done expect a long term replacement for gold or silver butterfly backs.
