I started doing a lot of research into chronic stress treatment and I found this product. I started taking this and I now make sure I take this everyday. It makes a world of difference and I love that it's all natural. I believe in it so much I even have my 14 year old daughter taking it and she's very happy with it also. I've had no problems with burping or stomach issues, the taste is fine and I have more energy and patience than without it

I keep these vitamins in my desk at work, since the Ashwagandha allegedly helps with stress. I’m not sure if it’s the placebo effect, but they do seem to help! I am a big fan of taking vitamins anyway. Here’s to your health!

These give me that extra get up and go that I need to get through my day. Ashwaganda isn't only for anxiety, but supposed to be a good sleep aide as well. So far, I'm on my 2nd bottle.

I started taking these daily about 2 months ago and have already seen improvements in my energy and stress levels. This is a good foundation daily vitamin.

In one day, I can give a review that I had the best night of sleep I've had without taking a sleeping pill. Almost instantly after taking the pill in evening when I thought I would be ready for bed, I started yawning. There was no stress in taking it and I slept well and woke up at same time I usually would. Great product already.
