The product was working fine, everything is good but after 4 months the product suddenly stopped taking charge and was dead, contacted customer care which is more than better than now days Amazon. They solved the problem on 2 calls and whatsap messages and replaced on their own in 2-3 days. Started using the new one. Working fine. Vibration is good. Power mods are good, brushes well, at this price this is a good product, just hope the power problem doesn't come again.

I’ve been using the Agaro electric toothbrush and initially found it to be effective and smooth in its performance. The cleaning quality was good while it worked. However, the toothbrush stopped working within just two months. Thankfully, it was still under warranty, and the customer support team was very responsive and supportive. They arranged a replacement within three working days, which made the experience much easier. Overall, despite the early issue with the product, the customer service was excellent. My overall experience was good because of the quick and helpful support.

I purchased the product in April 2025. Assume this is one of the best Electric Toothbrushes available in the price range, has good modes and comes with attachments. It ran smoothly until October 2025, when it stopped working suddenly. As it was under warranty, I reached out to their service team through their website. They contacted me back, collected the product, and requested that I submit certain videos and proof. Within three days, they provided a replacement—a new product itself, rather than a repair. Thanks to the Agaro team.

It's a good electric toothbrush but many technical glitches happen on & off... Would have been quite useless without warranty. Agaro customer support is good & efficient.

The product is amazing. Unfortunately I had one that didn’t last long, but then it was under warranty and Miss Rajshri from the company, who was taking of my case. Did a fantastic job in replacing it with no hassle. I love very happy with the product right now.
