Great source of protein!
We bought these because we learned at a nutrition session that hemp hearts are a good source of protein. We add them to salads to boost the protein and other meals where we're not adding meat. It's so simple to add hemp hearts to your meals (or smoothies), and they're so good for you. I highly recommend them, especially for anyone who wants to limit their meat intake while still getting a complete source of protein.

WOW BUY THESE! THANK ME LATER!
Ok this is one of the best superfoods I came across. I bought these after a pound of chia seeds and a pound of flax seeds but IWould have just got more of these. They have more nutrition than any type of seed I saw these are just amazing tbh. They are great by themselves like an oatmeal but in smoothies, cereal, yogurt, anything really that you would like a nutty flavour my son loves them as well and he’s 11 I also love that these are made in Canada I know they are expensive for the amount hopefully as morePeople by it may go down but man they a good soooo good for you one of the best food products I ever bought no joke!
