A Welcome Relief
Like many of the other comments on here, I've had increasing pain in my joints (mainly my knees). It was strange because it seemed to occur suddenly. I have been working out more to lose weight, but I've never experienced knee pain like this. I have been taking hemp oil 2x daily for arthritis in two toes (the result of serious breakage). That has been working great for my feet, but not so much for my knees. I just happen to be an IT specialist for a large medical practice and while I was in working on one of our natural medicine doctor's PC, I saw a couple bottles of Turmeric on his desk. So, I looked it up and saw that it's great for inflammation. So, I bought my first bottle a few weeks ago. I didn't really notice much relief at first, but I kept up with taking it 2x a day. By last week, I have noticed that my knees don't hurt as much when I first get up in the morning, and there's not much pain during the day. I'm going to keep using it to see if the pain relief continues. It's been almost a month now and I'm so pleased. I just trotted up the steps this morning and smiled because my knees didn't hurt. I need to add that I've also added Glucosamine, so the combination of the two is a huge help. UPDATE: After a few months of taking this and noticing a big reduction in the pain in my knees, I'm totally sold on this product. But, the test actually came recently when I stopped taking it. I was on a medication for an issue and my doctor told me to stop taking any unnecessary supplements because they could affect the potency of the prescription med. The RX she prescribed was for two weeks. My knee pain returned while not taking Turmeric. My part time job in the evenings has me on my feet from 6 to 10 hours. The following mornings, I can barely walk when I first get out of bed. But, I'm now back using this twice a day and the pain is once again greatly reduced.

Pricy but high quality
While it is not the cheapest option on Amazon, it is one of the highest quality Turmeric With Merivas that I have used. I have a cyst in my wrist that causes pain and inflammation and within two weeks of using these pills (two pills once a day) the inflammation was down and my pain was reduced by about half. That alone is worth the extra money spent for a higher quality product like this.

Helps with my arthritis.
Curcumin was recommended to me by my brother who is an MD. His research indicated that Curcumin is far more easily used by the body if it has Meriva. I have osteoarthritis which is particularly pronounced in my finger joints. I had begun to get tender hot swollen areas in many of my fingers before I started on the Curcumin with Meriva. It took a couple of months, as my brother had predicted, but there was a slow steady improvement. I'm firmly convinced this helps because if I travel and forget to take it with me, my finger joints start to swell noticeably. I also get some other aches and pains I hadn't experienced while taking it. So, yeah, I would recommend this for anyone with osteo. I've heard it has major anti inflammatory benefits for all sorts of issues. I can't specifically attest to those, but it wouldn't surprise me if by taking this I am preventing many other issues. I take 4 caps a day.

Pain is gone.
Doctor recommended to my 67 yr old husband for his knee pain. He took two a day for the first few weeks and now just one a day. He told me he doesn't even think of his knees anymore. He is far more active than most men his age so he gives them a good work out each day. i tae it now too. We will continue to take this great product.

Seems to work well
Bulging lumbar disc impinging L4 here which suddenly caused pain down leg, numb patella and shin and a weak quad. MRI also suggested stenosis may be in the mix (but who knows with mri results). Was on week 5 of physical therapy with steady but very slow progress. Couldnt walk more than 200’ at a time and still in frequent pain. Was taking standard formulation turmeric 3x day upon recommendation of a friend and noticed an hour or two of some relief. Did some research and found the whole thing about absorption challenges and how meriva is better. Took my first meriva pill at lunch and by 3pm was able to walk for 1/2hr. Starting to regain some feeling in the shin. Problem is keeping myself from over doing anything since the pain is reduced so much. Id also mention that many other joints throughout my body feel “loose” which i assume is all about the inflammation reduction. Im sold so far and am surprised at how different it is than standard turmeric.

Suggested for relief of inflammation and pain…and it works!
Had a sales person in a health food store recommend this because I was having issues with shoulder pain and that muscle that runs along your shoulder bone on your back. I told her I got relief when I took ibuprofen but I didn’t want to take it all the time. She suggested this as it helps with inflammation. I was skeptical, but my wife insisted I try it. I took two at once per her instructions (just initially for a couple of days) then one twice a day. The relief was immediate and dramatic. Definitely not like ibuprofen, but definitely a huge difference that improved daily as I continued to take it. The only think i would say is take it with food. It does upset my stomach some if I’m take it on an empty stomach.

I liked the product. But there is no legitimate need for an increase from about 3600 yen to about 4800 yen, in 6 months. No sale.
