The blanket feel and weight is perfect for fall/spring nights --or if your partner likes to sleep with the A/C turned too cold for you.However, the shiny trim is not a soft satin, but a scratchy stiff acetate feel that has only softened a little with washing. I am considering cutting off the trim from one end.

This is a true sheet blanket like you would buy in the 60s. It is great for summer when you don't need the weight or thickness of a winter blanket.

I’m a girl that needs a cover while I’m sleeping, this blanket is so thin. It also has a 3 inch sateen trim which is why I purchased it.
