Intex 12ft Easy Set Pool Cover

Great cover for swimming pool. Easy to use and put on pool. Its pool as it should. Keeps debris etc out.

Although all the descriptions suggest this is some kind of a stretch-fit cover, it's actually actually just a kind of polythene. It isn't a tarpaulin as it is no where near as strong. If the sun is on it is becomes extremely soft. The draw cord doesn't work. If you pull it tight it just bunches up the cover at one end. I pulled it to tighten it and it tore the cover. I just don't understand why they don't picture what they are selling. Further more, some people have reviewed and said to buy a larger one that the pool size. We have a 13ft pool so ordered a 14ft cover. However, having measured the 13ft pool the circumference at the blow up ring is a little less than 12ft. But the cover is 14ft. So it's not even the case that they size them the same. A 13ft pool is a 13ft pool at the base but it appears a 13ft cover is 13ft. Therefore my advice would be go for a 12ft cover. Not 14ft as other reviews suggest. Finally no matter what you do these covers do not stretch accoss the top of the pool. They just sit on the surface of the water. So when you remove them anything on top of it ends up in the water anyway. So my advice. Yes it covers the pool. Is it worth £30? Certainly not. Does it fit like the item pictured? Certainly not. Is it the material pictured? Definitely not. How long will it last? Only time will tell but I think we'll be lucky if lasts one summer.

We have this cover on our 15foot easy set pool. It is much better than the cover that came with the pool and fits really snuggly over the inflatable top ring (just carefully pull the cord and tie a knot when you first put it on, after that you can just slip it over the inflatable top ring). This is our second cover, the previous one being retired after a year on the pool and an unfortunate accident with a trimmer. The newer design is better in that the (ventilation?) holes in the cover are now closer to the edge and therefore we no longer get water coming through the holes and sitting on top of the cover. This cover keeps all the leaves and bugs out, and keeps the water and chemicals from evapourating, so the pool is ready for use whenever we fancy a swim... Really good value for money, if you have a pool this is a great addition.

Was a bit worried after reading reviews about it tearing but it’s fine. Just don’t pull the strings towards you/ away from the pool. Pull them in the direction they are already going in. So tighten by kind of crossing your arms. It’s a little big but not a lot for the best way fast set 12 foot/ 3.66m pool we got but works well. Also use a solar cover, and between the two on a relatively hit day (mid twenties and blu skies) the pool temperature creased by 2.5 degrees between 8am and 1pm. Helps to keep rain water out of the pool which will bring down the temperature.

Having asked questions on here about this cover I went a head and ordered it. The lightweight cover that I originally ordered had started to disintegrate and shed masses of tiny blue bits into the water. The material of this cover is more rubbery and stretchy. I ordered one size bigger than the pool (12ft for a 10ft pool) and am really happy with it. I have cats and although rare, this cover protects the pool from them if they jump on it and the excess material can be tucked in under the inflatable rim. There is only one drawstring but that actually makes it easier to secure. Edited to add. The size of the holes for drainage are larger and a bit of a pain as they let debris through, however a quick once over with a net sorts it and it’s better that having a punctured pool from cat claws

Good material from a good company. The cover goes over the pool with ease and ties off quite quickly. Good value and well packaged it arrived quickly after I ordered it. Another good product courtesy of Amazon. Edited to read - the packaging and deliver were fine, however, when I opened it, there was a hole near to one of the breathing holes and as I tightened the draw cord a rip appeared. Slightly disappointed, but hopefully will be ok for some time.

It did not fit my 12 ft pool ....it also came with holes in it that I did not see in the picture which was useless when I was trying to protect the pool from rain when I also tried to pull it across the pool it thore easily and did not have strings on both sides to tie it down .

Installed this cover on a generic 12 foot inflatable ring quick set pool purchased from Canadian Tire. The cover that was available in store was a cheap, thin tarpaulin material that difficult to install and nearly impossible to tighten - several mornings after a light evening breeze, we came out to find the cover on the grass beside the pool. From the minute this arrived at our door, we knew this was a far superior product - just the weight alone speaks wonders to the quality of this pool cover. This cover feels like it's made of the same material the actual pool is made of - heavy vinyl, reinforced around the edges, with an actual shape to it so it fits nicely on the ring of the pool. There's a decent drawstring that was easy to pull tight, and because of the shape of this cover, when the string is tight this thing isn't going anywhere! There are several holes around the top of the cover (see the picture) which help with letting any wind that gets under the lip to escape instead of turning this into a giant parachute, but it may allow smaller pieces of debris into the pool - I'll be keeping an eye on the amount of accumulated debris throughout the next couple weeks to see if it's really that bad. All in all, definitely a good purchase to keep the pool covered - excellent fit, and very durable material make this a 5 star product in my books.

La bâche s’installe facilement grâce à son cordon de serrage intégré, et elle tient bien en place, même par temps venteux. Elle protège efficacement contre les feuilles, les insectes et autres saletés, ce qui permet de garder l’eau propre plus longtemps et de réduire l’utilisation de produits d’entretien. Le plastique est épais et semble résistant, rien à voir avec les modèles bas de gamme. Un achat utile et rentable pour prolonger la durée de vie de la piscine et gagner du temps sur le nettoyage ! Je recommande sans hésiter 👍

Only complaint is that it could be a bit bigger as the putter ring of the pool expands in size from the sun and it’s difficult to fit the cover over it sometimes.
