Having used ones with wire in the past this is a blessing. It works really well and love that I can turn it on via my phone by an app. It does definitely help my pain but it returns as soon as it stops. That's down to my back issues not the product. I would imagine its fantastic on muscle pain etc. It sticks very well, had no issues with that. I would definitely recommend it because if something can ease pain it's always worth a try.

Great little gadget and easy to use using your phone Only thing is found its best to keep your phone nearby you or it plays up The sticky pad it a bit fiddly to use and not sure how long it will last before i need to purchase a new one I used it on my lower back before i started to do some light gardening and kept pain at bay used twice then went to do similar work in the garden I had to come in half way through and put the machine on as my back was getting painful I must say they have certainly improved from the original ones i had an early version years ago and it was so uncomfortable to use Im very impressed with this version

It works fine but I found that I couldn't lie or sit down while using it as I would lean on and accidentally press the off button . Went back to a wired one.

I don't write a lot of reviews so when I do, it means I am really enjoying the product I'm using. This TENS unit is great - as the top review from the Harvard physician put it, most importantly, it is inconspicuous, and there are no dangerous leads to get in the way of going about your daily responsibilities. However, I've also found that the pain relief is superior to other TENS units I've used. I would really recommend this if you're living with any type of pain (for me, right now, sciatica). I bought the version that connects to your phone, which in my opinion was worth the extra money due to convenience (and if you are phone saavy, though the app is extremely easy to use). I really appreciate anything to relieve pain and am so grateful for this product :)

It looks great, shame I can't use it as the box was missing both the charging cable and the actual sticky part to attach to your body. Can't just have those parts replaced, need to return the whole thing. Waste of my time and more days needed to be spent in pain whilst I return this and await another delivery of a different item!
