Sometimes shampoo with charcoal doesn’t lather or go through your hair well, but this does. It’s light on the scent, which I like. The conditioner is good but it’s a little too thick.

Does a good job washing and conditioning my hair. Smells good but the smell fades to almost nothing fast. My hair is not oily at all. It is clean, soft, and very manageable. I have no complaints on how well the shampoo and conditioner do their jobs. The shampoo has a low viscosity and pours out of my hand easily. The conditioner is a thick paste. It is hard to squeeze out of the bottle. It is difficult to get air into the bottle, so my bottle stays deformed, no exaggeration. The conditioner holds its thin rectangular shape as it reluctantly comes out of the bottle. It's like squeezing a thick ribbon of paste on to my hand. It does work as good as any shampoo and conditioner that I've ever used.

My wife loves the smell of this product so it’s my go to. If there was any complaint I could make. The conditioner gums up in the bottle and you have to have the grip strength of a gorilla or 100 men.

I love the shampoo (and body wash), they both have great consistency and smell great. The conditioner, however, is not great. It's way too thick, it's hard to spread around, and even harder to get out of the bottle. Diluting it with water defeats the purpose, so I can't suggest the conditioner unless they fix the formula. It smells good, but conditioner shouldn't be that hard to use. Also only the shampoo and body wash come with charcoal and is black. Conditioner comes without it and is white. However my second batch of shampoo came with less charcoal and was visibly more streaky and less saturated.

Always had a dry scalp with dandruff and this helped it a lot!

Smells good and leaves my hair clean and kept, just wish it wasn’t as pricey..

Very great Shampoo and conditioner. Used for approximately 6 months and my hair just looked and felt overall healthier. Love this product and will buy again!

IT'S NOT VERY GOOD IT MAKES YOUR HAIR FLAT, AND OILY. THIS SHAMPOO DOES NOTHING TO CONTROL, THE EXCESS OIL IN YOUR HAIR. IT MADE MY HAIR FEEL MORE OILY, AND VERY FLAT. AND, THE CONDITIONER IS USELESS ! PLEASE BUY ANY OTHER SHAMPOO OR CONDITIONER. I, WILL BE GOING BACK TO USING CHI SHAMPOO, AND CONDITIONER PERIOD !!
