I have been using this for six months as of this review. It really does what it is supposed to do which is to help one purge without feeling sick which is great! Now, I’ve developed a great and stable routine to drink this before bed and conduct my business the following morning. I feel light, clean and no bloating throughout out the day. Cleansing tea works great only need 1 packet a day. Drink at night before bed. 6-8 hrs later be ready 😉🤭

Within a couple of hours of using this product, you will have a full release. It is very helpful with digestion. I use it once per week at least or after a day of heavy carb eating.

It doesn't have a taste. You can't taste lemon or honey OR GREEN TEA. I want to at least taste the green tea.

The taste is okay just like how most tea taste. My brother called it diarrhea tea. When I feel like I eat too much I drink it before bed while it’s still warm. For me I’d say it does helps with cleanse. Warning if you drink it make sure you drink it when you don't have anything to do. But once you get use to it. It won’t be as bad as your first time.
