Habe ich für die Herstellung von Haselnuss Schnaps benutzt. Dieser kam zum Schluss geschmacklich super an und das holzige Aroma kam gut zur Geltung. Dafür würde ich das Holz wieder verwenden.

Nach dem Bild hatte ich mir die Teile eigentlich größer vorgestellt. Chips und keine Spähne. Nun liegen sie seit einer Woche im Portwein und dürfen bald ihre Arbeit im Whisky erledigen. Ich bin gespannt.

Die Späne sind alle gleichmäßig groß. Die dunklen haben ich nur kurz zugegeben aufgrund der Farbe, ich habe weiters noch hellere Spänge bestellt wegen dem runderen Geschmack. Da ich keine große Menge benötige, ist diese Packung perfekt.
