I have been wanting one of these for a couple of years now, well, actually 3 of them. We installed an aerobic septic system when we purchased our bare property a few years ago. I do not mind the three round green lids of our septic system, however, we have horses and no fences around the system and we needed something to cover the lids so they would not get stepped on and broken. We had been using a plastic buffet table and an upside down wheelbarrow. I mean, that works, but, even in the county we try to look less red neck than we actually are. Our septic lids are 18" across in diameter. The widest point of this rock are 24.5" x 20" and the rock is about 19" tall. Thus, these fit over our lids perfectly. We eventually plan on doing landscaping around the rocks and bury them a little bit to make them more realistic, but so far so good. Burying them will also help them from being blown away in our crazy East Texas weather. They are about 5lbs, which is lightweight by Texas Severe Thunderstorm standard which have blow my 75lbs canoe like rocketship across our yard. I have (2) of THESE sandstone rocks and granite one. I prefer the sandstone ones with our decor, but all are functional and serve the purpose that was intended. Good product and when we purchased these, they were a good price.

Works for covering our sprinkler valve. Wish it was a little thicker.

Very light and easy to use. Looks good. I put a house number sign on it and placed it in the front garden. Lots of compliments. Be sure to use lawn staples to hold it down. I waited to get it on sale. Got 37% off. Great deal.

I built a low profile base using dowels, wood glue, and some 1x3 ensuring the centre was uncovered. Then I placed this faux rock over my well head that measured close to the height of this product and it worked great. Used soil to create a seamless look around the perimeter of the rock. Good buy

Looks good but needs to season a bit in the outdoors. Looks so clean compared to other rocks. Mix it with some plants and you are all set. Comes with no pegs to stake it so you need to get some wire tent stakes. For the price it's ideal. No complaints here.
