I use these gluten-free breadcrumbs in various recipes as a substitute for bread or crackers. They work very well in turkey patties, and meatballs. Also as a breading for chicken or fish that is baked.

It is the best panko gluten-free crunchy bread crumbs I’ve ever had !! Stays crunchy even when reheated .

We mix with equal parts of gluten-free medium cornmeal, pinch of salt, equal gluten-free oatmeal, equal gluten-free breadcrumbs, and a half teaspoon of cornstarch and use as a coating for frying Walleye and it works fabulous. Did I say we use a pinch of sugar. We drudge it in egg batter before coating in our mixture. It Is Very Good!

The texture is pretty good, I use it to make GF Katsu. I bake them instead of fry. I add garlic powder, salt & pepper to the panko for more flavor. Spray both sides with avo oil and make some good katsu strips. Yum! Just cause you have Celiac doesn't mean you can't have katsu! I also use it to make Italian meatballs :-)
