The initial watch band I received did not clip into the watch, one end would attach but not the other. After leaving seller feedback, the seller sent a replacement band which worked perfectly. The process - from leaving the message to receiving the replacement - took just under a week. The band itself is fine. The screen protect works too, although I did not chose this band because it includes the screen protector. Other reviewers mention difficultly removing links; I believe this is pretty normal for bands like this, although I have not yet attempted to remove a link. Connections in the replacement band appear reasonably secure. While it's nice that the seller will replace defective bands with no trouble, it speaks to a lack of quality control that this apparently is not uncommon. It is not clear if there is a better choice of metal bands for the Versa 4, unfortunately.

The metal bracelet is well made and fitted the watch easily. The screen protector helped match the band with the Fitbit and provides good protection. Great product!
