Free Standing Towel Rack

Well made ! Easy for me to assemble! Looks very nice in my new large bathroom. I needed my towel close to my walk-in shower and did not have a place to install a towel rack on a wall. It holds large towel , bath mat and a basket for accessories.

I should have measured first. The way this is designed, the crossbars are wide enough, but the side support bars are too narrow for an extra-large bath sheet towel. It was easy to put together and is very sturdy. It will work if the towels are folded in half, but I don't like doing that so they can dry better. It should be fine for more typically-sized towels.

This compact stand is being promoted as a bathroom towel rack. I needed a stand for my seasonal acrylic throws that I like to display in a certain small space. I bought a 'lean against the wall' type rack that was narrow and squashed the throws, not achieving the look I hoped for. The compact measurements of this rack caught my attention, and I am not disappointed in any way. Assembly was the easiest ever! Built-in metal snap pins into designated holes for every piece using a clear diagram for instructions. The front two racks are very slightly wobbly at the top rung, that is not a problem for acrylic throws or towels, there doesn't seem to be any danger of it tipping or falling or other problematic issues. I did take one star off for that, but I would taken off half a star given the choice. The wire shelf at the bottom came in VERY handy for my seasonal display. It would be very versatile and it is well seated into the frame with sturdy metal rods.

... I'm not sure any product like this can. My apartment doesn't actually have any towel racks so I was hoping this would work for the bath sheet I like to use. On the plus side, it was very easy to assemble, it's sturdy enough, and the tallest bar is high enough to support that bath sheet. On the negative side, the three bars are spaced so close together it can be difficult to get a towel to rest on just one bar. I can't imagine trying to use the middle bar if there were already towels on the other two. I also can't imagine there being much air flow in the spaces that would be left (if any) between towels on adjacent bars. I typically just drape my bath sheet over all of them. While the rack is sturdy, it's also extremely light weight. Nudge it and it moves easily. Trying to pull a towel off of it can also yank it around. And given how towels can cover those bottom bins, I'm not sure just what use they are -- tho maybe others can think of one. They certainly are not readily accessible. So overall, this rack does a few things really well but also can't provide the functionality it appears to offer from the product images.

We set this up on the porch at a lake house & were pleased with it. The 6 side hooks work well for us to hang wet swimsuits on. My teenage son put it together without any difficulty in under 15 minutes & so far it is stable & holding up well even with all the traffic of lake use by multiple people. It will only dry 3 towels at a time, so we are probably getting another for our purpose, but I think it would be great for a bathroom, too. I can honestly see it working for multiple different uses. It's light weight & easy to move, but still stable. If you need to dry more than 3 towels you will need a second on, but overall, it's worth the price & works well for our needs.

This item is sturdy and easy to put together. It fits nicely in our bathroom and we didn't need to attach towel bars to the wall. I'm pleased with this purchase.
