I drink two to three Ensure daily. They keep me full and satisfied between meals. My blood work is stellar now! For 5 years, my weight is under 120. I'm 5'3" and very healthy. I will always drink these because no refrigeration necessary while storing but I chill prior to drinking. Great in an Ice chest while traveling, too! I'm 76 yrs old

Bought it for 150 bucks Canadian. Regretted. Product came only 18 bottles. In it one was empty. One was frozen. Threw to trash.
