Love these for long runs keeps u hydrated for longer amounts of time. Only thing is that the radpberry not that nice I never seem to get use to the flavour .price is a lot cheaper on here tho than some places that ask for quite abit more

Best tasting electrolyte packs I've ever had. Actually feel more energised from drinking them.

It's really, really salty
As many reviews have pointed out, and the manufacturers point out proudly, this stuff is really salty. Recommended portion sizes are from 500 up to 1000ml but I would recommend using at least 750ml water in the mix as with only half a litre of water, I found the salty taste a bit overwhelming. I got the multi-pack with different flavours. Of the ones included I thought that the citrus lemon/lime was by far the best. Orange was OK. Normally I like raspberry flavourings but this one was really artificial tasting. I'm not a fan of watermelon flavoured things (the real thing is OK though) and this is no exception. In terms of helping me revive after doing exercise and sweating a lot, it's fine but so is Gatorade and Powerade both of which are a lot cheaper. This is markedly lower-carb than both those drinks, so that might be a selling point for you. The price is the killer for me - very steep. They seem to be charging a premium on the brand image that they have built. If you like it and don't mind the money then by all means go for it. I didn't find it compelling enough to pay the extra money, though.

love this product! great flavour you can taste the salt but over all great flavours! helps me stay hydrated and recognize when I'm dehydrated would by again and highly recommend.
