Very sceptical if these would be any good but I’ve been pleasantly surprised if you use a none stretch line they can be used on newly laid brickwork and block work without any problem if you’ve a line that you need to pull hard to stretch it tight then you have to let the bricks/blocks set first, can be used on any type of brickwork adjustable feature is very handy fully recommend
