Q: Is the clip reversible?

Not on my knife. There are 2 additional screws holding the clip and those are on one side only

Q: why is this knife specified for men only?

It’s a great self-defense knife and that’s also great for camping. It’s good size nice edge.

Q: Is the metal portion of the handle steel or titanium?

I believe it is stainless steel. Titanium would increase the price of the knife considerably.
