The blades are universal so sharpness is irrelevant, but I’m returning the product because I’m too rough on cutters. I would break it in no time. Plus, I’m left handed. However, it grips perfectly for me and is cute as a button! For six bucks, I got what I paid for. You just turn it over and unscrew the blade. It is that simple to change the blade! The plastic is hard and sturdy as well. Like I said, I like the feel in my hands.
