Great stuff. Keeps my health in check. I've been taking it for a couple years now

This version, 2.5 i feel, tastes better than other ones I've bought in the past. Makes it a lot easier to drink with water. Been taking this 2 times a day with beyond osteo, ultimate efa and have been sleeping a lot better at night and have more energy throughout the day. Ive also changed up my whole diet and follow Dr. Wallachs dieting advice on what to eat and foods to avoid.

A good quality supplement. It's expensive but if you bought all the ingredients separate you could see why it's expensive. The taste is a little unpleasant for me and husband but we figured out a way to make it better. We tried putting the powder in water - not too good. We tried milk - not that good either. We tried putting it in a smoothie - meh. THEN, we got some vanilla ice cream and put about a cup in a bowl and stir it until it's like soft serve, put in the powder, and it's not too bad! It's pretty good! If they could just make this in an orange flavor - then it would be like a dreamcicle with the ice cream! Not too healthy I guess but it works to get this powder down without dreading it. We're going to try the pills next time we order.

This stuff is insane. I was diagnosed with ADH in my breast and a friend of my husbands recommended me to do all these things like cut out sugar, drink water from only glass, and drink this stuff once a day. I am only 38 but am going through menopause due to early hysterectomy and had to get off my estrogen due to the side effects with this ADH and calcifications in my breast. I have taken this everyday for about 3 months now and it’s so so good. It has helped me with my energy so much and overall health. I got my meme on it, she is88 and now her physical therapist who is in her 60’s and her hair dresser in her 60’s and all same result. Wow. My meme says it makes her “shake a leg” and get things done and all day the have had energy like never before. My husband drinks it now as a pre workout. I also have borderline Crohn’s, so cutting out my sugar and gluten has changed my stomach issues but I credit a lot to this drink. Since I do have stomach issues I will say this powder does not upset it like other vitamin drinks. I can not recommend this stuff enough. It really has changed my overall health.
