I found the recliner most bulky and not in good condition. At the time of unwrapping a plastic bag was found under the couch which had been eaten by rats. I have been trying to contact the Customer Service as well as the seller from day 1 to take back the chair but to no avail...no one is getting back to me. Truly and very disapponted with the service.
