Very easy to install
Replaced original actuator with this on utility trailer. Had to cut off old one as it was welded on plus bolts. Very easy to remove with grinder. Installation of new model 60 was drop in and bolt.Have tested out and works great. Also was fast delivery.

Works well but hard to get it on hitch.
This fit perfectly, replacing my old hitch, however it has difficulty sitting down on the ball hitch every time I try to hook it up.

Ugh
I don't know what's going on here, but this thing is the worst hitch I've ever used. The latching mechanism is the most complex nonsense and it barely works. It won't consistently go on/off the hitch and sticks 90%+ of the time. I started putting a can of spray oil in a tongue bag to keep the stupid thing working. Super annoying...
