Tastes great but the texture is more like Swedish Fish candy than a gummy. Still giving it 5 stars because that’s mostly just preference.

I got this to help with a few things. For a woman

This supplement has too many negative effects , first it is hardly chewable and stick to your teeth won't come off! Also has high Zinc(covers 90%) of your daily need and with other supplement like multivitamins would cause higher dosing on zinc and great side effects! After I received the supplement I noticed the dosing on zinc( suppose to be calcium supplement but low in calcium) without opening the package tried to return it and called the costumer service( no luck to talk to live person all AI response) it never allowed to return them! I am stuck with high price supplem which sure I wil trash them! 🥺🥺please read the dosing! And be aware of low quality CACIUM supplmen!
